Started "bobbing" the duece last night, got the tandems out, the front spring pack hung on the frame and the single rear back up in place. Cut 30" off rear frame and will try to finish the brake lines today. It is not technically tough just heavy/hard work.
OD iron is a top notch operation and anyone who lives in the real world knows mistakes get made, how everyone reacts is the true mark of quality. Nuff said!
I have been bugging anybody I can find and going back over old posts on the site for the best way to "bob" a duece. I am just going to ask now, Is it beter to cut the frame and patch it back together like Devilman or strip off the old rear bogie syetem and then mount the spring brackets on...
