Truck running light pin to trailer Brown
Truck right turn/right brake pin to trailer Green
Truck left turn/left brake to trailer Yellow
Trailer Red not used.
I replaced my stock air horn with an aftermarket one recently and can give you some specifics on what to look for electrically:
As was mentioned with the ignition on there should be constant +24V on wire 26 at the horn. If not then the circuit breaker at the top engine side of the firewall...
Remove the small air line from the top of the compessor to remove the governor from the picture. If it still doesn't make enough pressure you have a supply and/or consumption problem. If the air builds over 120psi then you have a regulation problem.

Glad to hear it's ready for the upcoming parade. Those non-functional PCBoxes can probably be repaired. I'm guessing replacing the power solenoid would fix them.
When you turn the battery switch on, power is provided to the PCB box to activate the power solenoid. The solenoid has an electromagnetic coil that is supposed to pull a contact together which energizes wire 5. The click you hear is more than likely the coil activating. However when these...
Not to hijack your thread, but figured I'd post up a photo of our M931A1 tractor that the previous owner added two M105 beds and extended the rear frame about 3'. The short wheelbase makes it much nicer to drive.
Also, the lack of 12V on the battery switch wires 569 & 569A should mean your heater blower is not getting any power. Wire 569 should be connected to the to the cable in between the batteries that has 12V on it.
