One of the few times we called up to TSC and he had been working on it and checked for us... It normally doesn't work out that way. But just for the record we always check it just usually doesn't have this outcome.
Just for the record I'm not going anywhere. I'll make my motivations very clear.
1. I enjoy the site and the hobby and will probably buy something in the next coming year. I have to go private sale due to my job. I can't bid on an auction on our site.
2. I think it is important for GP to have a...
We are working on putting a page up on the website with all the EUC info on it. My team and I wrote it recently and its in marketing's hands it has the typical time frame on it and also what exactly the EUC is and what a properly filled out form looks like! We have been working on the hold times...
Its submitted which I thought I communicated other than that nothing I can do! Its in the TSC's hand.
I did't respond that I can find my apologies... Please understand I have around 250 PMs in my inbox and I am still doing a full time job. I do what I can when I can.
I've been here awhile and have never heard one of our reps tell someone 3 weeks on an EUC. If you remember there name please PM me... Calling us a scam is a bit irresponsible... We do a lot of business we haven't been where we need to be on our execution. Once again go look at GLs original...
I'm in Battle creek, have been since Tuesday. I have a good track record of getting people taken care of as quickly as I can... Especially on things I have direct control over for example SF97s and titles sure we've had some hiccups but I hope there is quite a few on this site that can attest...
yes TAKEN advantage of. I have non-euc items that have been bought and paid for 100+ days while buyers make all kinds of excuses not to pick them up whether they are waiting on a boat or whatever. So yes we do charge storage on things like that especially when we are contractually bound to get...
I'll see what I can do. We are about to go live with an email specifically for EUC's that will clear up some of the jumbled mess that is created by them all going to a fax or the customer service email.
We will work with you. The only time we truly enforce the pickup and storage charges is when we feel we are being taken advantage of. PM me if there is anything else I can do to help.
I just now saw this sorry it must have all slipped by me on the timeline. I was out of the office part of last week. I pray nobody is dropping calls intentionally but I will investigate. Will let you know what I find out.
Sorry this thread got past me somehow. I will see what I can find out. I know we have been working on updating the way things are worded and my bet is they finally went live with them. But the "fill EUC" part doesn't sound like what we asked for.
agreed as well and lets not forget that you can't currently pay with credit card online. What kind of business in this day & age doesn't do that... Both of those are on the year end agenda meetings!
We have discussed it before, it didn't get very far. Personally, I agree with you. I am not opposed at taking another shot at it. At the time the hope was the wait times would decrease...
Something to keep in mind as a previous buyer. If any detail changes from a previous EUC whether it be a phone number, address, or you list a company on one and not another you are no longer treated as a previous buyer. They have to match!
Contrary to popular belief our goal is not to make people wait. I assure you we would rather not have to take the abuse. So I am here doing what I can and will continue to do so but I am not a miracle worker. We are pushing things through as best we can and then the TSC has them and when I have...
