To get back on 71N simply exit the facility on the west side. Left onto the CR, Left on CR15, Left on 61 which bring you back to the south side of the exit to access 71 NORTH. Your just going around the block. Takes 5 minutes, not a big deal.
So sorry for your loss. Although it doesn't relieve the pain of her absence, rest assured that her pain and suffering are over as she rests in the arms of her heanly father.
Welcome Ryan! I'll be at Ft Sill in August. My son is in FA BOLC out there.
Get some more pics when you can. Looks like a fun project.
Almost forgot! Thank you for your service!
My only 'spare' under the dash was what turned out to be my 'low air warning' buzzer, un-hooked by the guard unit motorpool. I could use that, but I'd only get the blower until the air got up to pressure!
I already stuck it (and the resitor) under the dash:(. I like your idea better, but that was a lot of contorting to get under the dash! I think I'll leave it. The spare is a great idea. That could be the dome light.
Awesome guys! Thanks for the great info! I've got the breaker and maybe enough connectors. I just gotta trace the horn circuit. That shouldn't be to tough.
I'm installing a cab heater in my Deuce and I see that the power comes off the horn circuit. Should I be looking for an unused connector in the wiring harness? If so, where will I find it? (Don't say "In the horn circuit!":?)
Thanks for leading the blind by the hand!
I thought I was going to have to take my deuce down 77 through WV and the thought gave me nightmares! What's the correct procedure on the downhill? Just run in a gear that the engine keep it at a safe speed?
Just checked mine. The electronic gauge read 10 all the time with engine running regardless of RPM. I hooked up the direct read and am getting 25 at idle and 45 at high rpms. The top end of the motor was rebuilt shortly before I got the jeep. I looked for an acceptable range in the manual but...
OK guys. there's gotta be some MVs available near C'burg on the 30th. (I know there are 'cause the title agency lady told me that she'd seen a lot lately!) We're no lookin' for show quality here! Let me know.
For the last two years I've been heaving the local war heros into the bed of the Deuce to ride behind the color guard in the parade. Those guys are so cool and we have a lot of fun. The president of the local VFW asked me if others with MVs would like to join in.
The Parade is in Centerburg OH...
Good catch. Looks like I've got a little gas where the line goes to the frame on the passenger side behind the tank. We'll see if that doesn't solve it!
Under most conditions my M38a1 cranks right up. However after running for for a half hour or so, I need to crank it a long time to get it to turn over after shutting down.
The other day was hot and I ran around for about an hour. After shutting down and sitting for about 10 min, she started...
