    Heater plumbing?

So just plug the thermostat pressure side? Does only 1 line need to be changed?

    Heater plumbing?

Hello everyone, I was informed that my heater is plumbed incorrectly. My main questions are, what is the correct routing for the heater hoses, does anyone have any pictures of the correct routing, and also will the fitting just swap right into the correct spot or am I going to need access to a...

    Intermittent coolant leak?

Okay will do! If I do that and it doesn't leak, what does that mean?

    Intermittent coolant leak?

It only leaks occasionally. You never see it leak when it runs, only when it is parked and has sat overnight, and most mornings you never see it. I don't know what it is. It might not even be a head gasket, could be that temp sensor or maybe a freeze plug. I certainly am unlikely to be a happy...

    Intermittent coolant leak?

In that case is it still safe to drive?

    Intermittent coolant leak?

I do have a mirror and have been looking for it. Might be a lose coolant temp sensor. If it was the head gasket the oil and coolant would be mixing right?

    Intermittent coolant leak?

Hello all, my m35a2 has a very intermittent coolant leak coming from the rear of the engine somewhere. Some days I'll run it and it doesn't leak a drop, other days there is a big puddle underneath it. There is no coolant in the oil so I assume it probably isn't a head gasket...but I guess there...

Are C and D turbos still manufactured?

Either one, unless it is simply an aftermarket manufacturer.

Are C and D turbos still manufactured?

Now will the turbo make a different sound if the impeller is slapping against the housing?

Are C and D turbos still manufactured?

So does anyone on here have any good tips on preserving the life of the turbo?

Are C and D turbos still manufactured?

Oh yeah, I only have access to a 4 axis. I was just thinking about making the bushings, bearings, etc. Now as far as a replacement turbo once the surplus dries up, I wonder how a turbo from a 6.0 or 7.3 powerstroke would do.

Are C and D turbos still manufactured?

Thank you for the info. The funny thing is, I am a machinist myself. I thought about making parts if mine fails but I don't know if standard machines would cut it. I would assume turbo parts would need a lot of precision grinding done to them, although I am not certain on that. Does anyone have...

Are C and D turbos still manufactured?

Hello all, random question, are turbos found in the deuce still manufactured new? Are parts for either the C or D easy to find for a rebuild? Thanks!

    Air compressor belt replacement?

Haha, well the mistake was not checking to make sure the belt was in the right track on the crankshaft pulley. Got overlapped and shredded the belt. Thanks for the info! I borrowed a compressor wrench from a friend that had one and finally got it off.

    Air compressor belt replacement?

Hello all, due to a stupid mistake, my air compressor belt shredded. Do you have to have that "special tool" (which I ordered but am still waiting on), or can it be done using more standard tools with more effort? After loosening the two bolts that compress the front part, we tried putting a...

Okay good to hear. Now I can breathe a sigh of relief haha.

Water pump, thermostat, coolant flow question.

Okay I might just go with adding the additives to it. You don't think I have screwed anything up do you? I think that antifreeze has been in there 250 miles at most.

Water pump, thermostat, coolant flow question.

Oh man, I just used the universal green. I can drain it out though, it hasn't been in there long. What kind am I supposed to use?
