and don't think that because you travel up north the people can drive in the snow or bad weather. Even though they are used to having it on the roads every year, they never learn to drive in it. it is almost fun to watch the idiots that drive 80 on the interstate while it is snowing and bet on...
oh sweet six pound baby jesus, tell me that is a photocop, Gimp. Please tell me that is not a real picture of someones shifter. somebody hold me, i need a hug.
last deuce I picked up the top went to crap driving down the interstate. I had to hold it down with my left hand. Held it from blowing off till the next exit, in december, butt cold. Secured the corner to the windshield frame with a self tapping screw on the side. Still bubbled up, but...
one caveat from my personal experience. If you are looking through the stuff and find something that you want, take it home that day. If you come back the next day expect to pay more. Happened to me.
i would think if you were worried about saving 40 cents a gallon to operate the deuce maybe it isn't such a good idea. fill it up with diesel and drive it home, period. then look into running WMO in the truck. Whole section on alternative fuel here. If you tear the truck up getting it home...

I havn't made much progress on mine. The weather has me stimey'd so no paint yet. I did add the sides, bows and cover to the 101 bed. Looks great like that. I decided to leave it on. I also got a pioneer rack off a deuce and put all the tools back in it that will be mounted to the bed...
there has not been alot of work on hot rodding the duece engine. there has been discussion and conjecture on this site and others, but i am not aware of anyone who has taken a multi fuel apart and balanced it. Or tried to hotrod it. My first thought on building a hot rod froma multi fuel would...
