Ok as title says. I just changed the fuel filter. Oil filter. And put a 4hn battery on it. Now wont start. I had to put the oil filter on dry since it lays flat I couldn't fill it. Any tips on this one. Im nowhere near the tm to look this up and im typing this...

Im sorry mine is a 016b. It is the same a a 701a. Only difference is the 701 has the sound deadening housing. Which mine is.I remember seeing on here about a adapter for the anon oil filter. Just can't find where I had seen it.

Ok did more testing. Batts sit 14.4 but alarming things were drivers alt was showing 137 amps draw at idle with a lot on. Aka lights, heater, 4 ways, and my light bar on. All the items that will be getting used when I am out plowing. Also red wire going from front battery to the junction block...
I thought about the shop testing the alternators. They do put them under a load. And its hooked to a machine that is like a EKG for a person that checks the internals of how well all is working.

I replaced the wire that burnt with another off a m1008 from a guy on here. He said it worked. I pulled hard as u said. And nothing is betting even a little warm. I got the volts to get low with everything on. And the light bar for plowing. With all the take downs and alleys.
Yes the damaged area was the diamond area u speak about. The Gp relay is new and tight. I've felt the wires and nothing even got warm. Im at a loss. Im ready to do away with the fusible links
Ok checked it again with a load on it and top post was 26-27 sides were 12ish. She really didn't flip out with everything running this timi even had my light bar on when i was doing ite. Im wondering why some says it gives me problems and some nothing?
