It sounds like most of the advice should/will cover what the problem is. Have you checked the operator level stuff the TM says to do? i.e check exhaust system, alternator mounts/brackets/belts, motor mounts? I looked in the TM for your symptoms and the troubleshooting it lists doesn't sound...

yea that's a good location, BUT that's where I have my boost and pyrometer gauges. I have no room to flush mount the tiny tach because I have a full gauge set. I just went with a semi permanent spot that can be easily moved.
