    Prob sorted................on bleeding the brakes the pushrod that goes into the master cylinder popped out of the piston and was sitting crooked.A quick stamp on the brake and someone levering the pushrod on the return into the middle sorted it.Should have noticed it really the same happens...

    What did you do to your deuce this week?

    Replaced front L/H axle seal,replaced both front flex brake pipes,New locking ring front L/H bearing.New J pipe arrived now awaiting 2 gaskets.Replaced tank sender unit.New horn button kit fitted.

    Yesterday i bought a a2.Drove 200 odd miles home.When i was home the L/H wheel inside was covered in oil.I take it the axle seal is gone.Is this the offending seal???

    Only thing i can say is chief,it took me about 45 mins to do.The most time consuming thing was getting the old bushings out on each end.I just cut the rubber off on one side of each old bushing and pushed then out with a vice and socket.The new ones are the 3 piece bushings from LMC.Didn't even...

    Anyone know off hand the width of the front sway bar bushes? I know it's a 1 1/4 bar.LMC has 2 differant size bushes hard to measure while the old ones are still fitted plus they are all squashed.

    Just fitted my LMC headlight harness.Took a hour to do.Oh and guess where it's made...you got it Taiwan and the rear axle bump stops i ordered.
