I drive mine daily in the City of Louisville... It's not a perfect daily driver but is fun... People think I'm crazy, I'm not I live 8-10miles from work so it doesn't matter much... And I walk to all of my classes at the University. So basically it is a limited daily driver to just work and few...
Okay, my brakes froze this weekend in about 10-20 degree weather. I don't have the alcohol evaporator, so I manually loading the tanks. It didn't seem to work so well I think the alcohol settled to the bottom of the tanks on the warmer days and didn't make to the back of my brakes at least on...
I actually thought it was a snazzy color as is... So I'm not sure that
what color to paint it. I think the truck is very nice however... What do you plan on doing with it? I like to just play with mine... It lives in Louisville.
Well I wouldn't run my truck 1 gallon low. For several reasons: one being that this engine uses coolant to reduce temperate of the charged air from turbo and two it is also the primary means of cooling the oil as well. If you reduce the volume of water in your system you increase the operating...

What do you do with you M109? I notice the snazzy yellowish-green paint scheme and I'm curious what it is exactly that you do with your truck?

Yes, it would be very relevant because you need to develop a baseline for proper analysis... How you do it, could be to compare the wear of the temperate zone operators against the tropical climate zones so one could develop a proper service regime.
Here's a simple test to see if the lift pump is working. start the truck turn off the accessory switch if the truck stops running lift pump dead. If not the pump is fine. Now it gets more complicated from here you could have injector that is working but not delivering the full shot of fuel...
What else does the report say? Did they compare the wear of the LDT series engines in the Temperate zones against these tropical problems? I mean that would be interesting to see if perhaps the problems of Vietnam and Thailand were environmental in nature or perhaps operator error given the...
Well you could get a cam out of a junker, but I personally prefer new when rebuilding. So i've not seen a rebuild kit for a LD(T,S) 465-1(2,C,D) engine on the market that means a custom cam shaft is properly the only way to go to get a new one.
