See if this helps. Sometimes you need to spread your yoke a bit. You can take a brass drift and hammer and spread it a little.

Word of caution, I like the black RTV and have the pema-tex ultra black hi- temp is best for me. When using make sure you don't put it your threaded holes . It will only compress so far causing you to overtighten and strip bolts.

Support key has rounded notch for caliper bolt ., spring lays on top with lips down.

Have you done a pressure check on the engine. Have you performed a compression check. These are just a couple of steps that need to be done before you start taking things apart.

Mine is wired for the 7 pin connector, I did not do but looking at this diagram I can see how it is done , just use your blank pins.

NAPA has them as well as any drivreline shop if you have one close. If you can't find them PM me probally got some laying around the shop.

I know hummv's have that type of plug and are 24 volt, no sure about civy trucks.

Both shafts will need changed.

Don't take this wrong, but did you you take the front bracket off that is used to support the starter.

Pumps can be got at most all parts stores . Why not just buy a seal kit to rebulid yours.
