I have removed and replaced these before, they can be a pain to get aligned. be sure to have a line up par and impact wrenches. You will probably need another person to support.

Make certain this is your problem though. You wouldn't want to pull the IP, have it rebuilt, reinstall it and still have the problem later.

I will throw a few more things out there that you may want to confirm. Be patient with her, the problem will eventually expose it's source.
Fuel pressure into the IP, IP timing -scribe marks alligned and possibly suspect the IP rebuild itself. Perhaps Pop Test the injectors.

I don't believe I read your other thread. The IP rebuild will take time, and $. I would want to check the smaller things first. Can you confirm correct fuel pressure into the IP from your fuel pump? Have your injectors been pop-tested? Do you have any IP fuel leaks? Is compression good on all...
