Re: RE: Part out a Deuce-Part II Yep! Prices between $2500 for a good runner with average body to $3500 for the 109's and the winch truck.

    Part out a Deuce-Part II

I didn't want to hijack the other thread so here goes another one. I have started parting out the one non-runner I have (with the S-10 cab in back) so if anyone needs a part I can see if I still have it on the truck. Anyhow, here are some pics of my fleet as requested in the previous thread...

Ah come on, I'll even give a fellow TGW allstar a nice running deuce for $2500!

PART OUT A DEUCE--- yes or no?

I need to dump off a couple, I hate to just let them sit there.

PART OUT A DEUCE--- yes or no?

I'm in the same boat you are, actually sitting on 14 deuces too :D I have one that does not run and is going to be a parts truck, I've already sold a few things off it and going to use some parts for the other trucks I have. The members on this board are true MV enthusiasts and try to save...

    Need a motor

So what does a good deuce motor go for nowadays?

    Front axle question

I always pull mine apart to make sure when I'm selling axles. Do yours still have the tags on them? If they say Rockwell on them they are u-joint shafts in the front (unless they have been swapped but I've never seen that), if they say Timken on the tag they are usually the old style. What...

    Non-turbo Deuce...good or bad??

Is there anything more desireable about a non-turbo deuce? I know they are not as common but I was just curious if there is anything people actually like better about them.

    Fort McCoy

X2 on praise for Mike! I have had nothing but great experiences with him, he is very courteous and extremely helpful with getting them started and also in loading the non-runners. Thanks Mike

You did a fantastic job inside that 109, and I thought mine was decked out when I got it with a working heater, benches and drawers!

SF97s - just letting you know

So has anyone been charged the $60.00 fee recently? The reason I ask is I have a couple trucks that I wasn't planning on getting the SF-97 but if there is a good chance I won't be charged I will probably get them.

    SF97 FEES WAIVED

So IF they get them done within a month (as I understand it) you owe them $600

    SF97 FEES WAIVED

Has anyone actually had to pay the $60 fee recently or is everyone's taking over a month?

    SF97 FEES WAIVED

That's what I thought I read before, just wanted to make sure nothing had changed and they were waiving all the fees.
