Somedic is broke down on I57 north of Effingham about 150 miles south of Chicago with a GL deuce. Has fuel issues. Anyone nearby can lend a hand? He's at a truckstop. Info is 2nd info from Offy. Cell is 219-512-4788.
I've not seen much conversation on adjusting the fuel rate on the 6.2. I have one that is completely gutless. What are the problems associated with bumping up the fuel on the N/A 6.2? This truck emits zero smoke under and conditions. Going to try bumping up to see what happens.
Folks, just bought an M880 pickup. Considering dragging this thing home. Anyone ever installed or have pics of the towbar adapters installed? I'll post pics of the 880 when I get them.
Got the axe off the garage floor today to do a comparison. Yesterday while shopping at Hotel Delta (Home Depot) I came across a replacement axe handle. It looks surprisingly close to the axe off my deuce except my handle was so weathered and dry, it snapped just picking it up. I was comparing...
Soneone was in need for one of these manuals. Logsa's electronic version is still restricted. I have a paper manual for this trailer. It's TM 9-2330-210-14 and dated Feb 1961. If someone wants it, $20 delivered CONUS. It's in pretty nice shape for being 47 years old and has a few large...

Well folks, just got off the horn with my buddy Jerry (JW4x4). We were watching the M1009s at Drexel Gardens and trying to see what was selling for what. After a few different approaches it seems that JW4x4 now owns 2 M1009s. He'll pipe in more info later as he's loading up for Haspin but...
I have a deal cooking for an M108 located here in FL, NE to be exact. I can swap for this rare truck but I need 2 prs of deuce axles. I don't need the truck but just can't stand to see it chipped for axles. Anyone want to try to save this thing? I have access to one rear here.
I was just looking at the Colorado MV thread and there was a pic posted of the back half of a deuce converted into a trailer. I made the smart comment of chopping my M447C trailer up into such a thing by losing the box and installing a deuce bed. Suddenly it hit me, make a flat bed such as...
Here are links to the various TMs for the deuces. I will add these as I get time until I have them all up. There are different series of manuals and I'm doing the 361 series first as they are easy to use and only consists of 5 manuals. This is now a sticky in the deuce forum.

Well, Cabell and the southern portion of the serial have arrived at Doswell VA. Maddawg308 was already there so they are settling in. The fun has started!
Folks, last Thursday I embarked on a short adventure delivering tires and picking up Devilman96s M1009 from the FL Rally Site. Murphy crept up on me 2 miles before my exit and the right rear tire. I was flat towing the 09. Well, there was no safe place to pull off and the spare was at his shop...
