Quantity of grease in front axle

Some place I read about 4lbs of grease each side. I do not use that much, I the 4lbs is to keep out water. I remove the plugs and just pump it in with out using a grease fitting.

    932a1 5 ton wheel o-ring size ??

If you have the wheels with the 5/8" bolts then you need to use a o-ring that is a little bigger, I think around 3/8". There is a place here in Phoenix that sells the right o-rings for the two wheels and I think they run around $4.50ea. If anyone needs any I will be happy to pick them up for you...

    932a1 5 ton wheel o-ring size ??

If you have the wheel with the the 3/4" wheel bolts then the 220tg should work for you. You just have to make sure the wheel is clean and free of rust and put some silicone grease on the o-ring. I think the stock o-ring for the 3/4" wheels is like a 5mm o-ring.

Looking for seat upgrade & replacement ideas.

I had that same seat in my M934 and they are a little high, but you just let a little air out and it was fine. Did ride nice!!! I think they are the Bostrom T915, they make a T910 that is not as high in the base.

Need assistance - to replace broken passenger door glass!

Take the two clips off and the window will come out. The clips are a pain to deal with, you slide the clip a little to the hole and it should come off.

On my M936 I have to move the transfer case lever up and down a little to find just the right spot to get the pto to go in. I think the wrecker transfer cases have been used a lot and have a lot of slop in them.
