Take out BOTH plugs "L", put a grease fitting in one, pump in grease till it comes out the other L hole, as far as "K" goes, you will see grease come out after about 1/2 dozen pumps, unless it is dry, then a few more will be needed.

I have talked to quite a few members on the phone about transfer case issues, from the feed back I have gotten, at least 50% if not more say that just doing a very good flush, getting the gunk cleaned out solved the problem. There is almost no way for the shift rail to be out of adjustment...
