Did yoy get your batteries fully charged or have it slaved. I remember an earlier thread on an 805b that said less than normal voltage can cause unusual faults
If you are referring to me, yes i did power me casa on 2 legs of an 804a with no known damage. I even ran it again on my load tester, still pulls 18kw with no issues.
Do you have the 50hp motors? Look at the data plate, it will tell you amps.
I know my 805b, I can throw 100 amps per leg on it on 208v, and it doesnt even know the difference.
this is a good place to waste hours of time...
you may have to use a modified start, start the genny, hold start switch in start position until oil psi comes up, release start switch to run position, move start switch to start position again to flash the field. if everything is in working order, the starter should not reengage the flywheel.
Are you sure you need a 60kw for 1 50hp motor?
If i remember correctly, a 60kw is 200amps per leg, and a 50 hp 3ph motor only pulls like 95 amps, I might be smokin left handed cigarettes this morning though
First thing I would do, adjust/verify the crank sensor is functional and in adjustment. That adjustment has been a cause of problems for alot of people, and its probably one of the easiest adjustments to do.
I wouldnt use jumper wires on the shutdown solonoid/ governor, if I were going to...
When was the filters changed last? Makes me think the filters got plugged when it was put to use.
Other question, did you go thru the troubleshooting in the 9-2350-247-20 for a trans psi light?
Where here in the panhandle are you? It might be easier if I come look at it in person.
liberated manuals doesnt list the B on the -24, but the 9-6115-643-24 is what you need. The B is listed on the -10 above, and the -24P below.
