I just put 35's on M1028, it drives alot better on the highway, maybe 66 MPH, I just put a NV4500 and 35's on a different M1028 and It drives perfect. IMO. hope that sheds some light for you. thanks

make sure it has oil and trans fluid, mine started with a little help from either after 4 years. the more i drove it the better in ran, the trans would'nt shift at first, but now its fine. changing the fluids first would be best if you can. my 2 cents. ;-)

check for vacuum leaks, damaged or missing hose to vacuum modulator, smell the fluid, if it smells burnt-most likely problems, hope that helps
