Do you know where your clicking is coming from? Have soldier B listen to the control box when you try to crank it. If the control box is clicking then you need to replace it. That should solve your problem. The control boxes are a 1/3 the cost of a starter

Check the fuel lines I almost bet it's loosing prime and sucking air we had an 818 doing the same thing and we just replaced the lines and it's fine now

I would stick with the 14.00s the good years don't last as long as the Michelin xzls but they are better then the 395s. With the 395s you will loose a bit of top speed and will mess with your speedo
