i have my m923 in the garage now im doing some measure ments to see if the brakes will allow a front spring set up on a rear diff. but i have a question to those who have bobbed a 5 ton do you keep the middle diff where it is or move it backwards?
well my guy who makes them into water trucks does that. i lost touch with him. but when you get the cab just sit it on the chassis and figure out how high you want it etc, do the mounts from the same thickness as the stock cab mounts and put rubber in between when there fabricated. you need the...
anyone ever registered a 5 ton in ca? how much are the plates? is a cdl needed when its bobbed? this is the only thing holding me back from bobbing my m923.
i am seriously wanting to buy one but i want to clear some stuff. i dont need a cdl right? and how can i register it for it to have plates where i can use it everyday? and if i decide to go with a 5 ton do i need a cdl for that?
