The ones which I used were manufactured by Standard. They make a 24 volt model as well, however I had converted my truck to 12 volt, so that is...
Well this past Saturday the truck was delivered to a warehouse to be stored for the winter. Here are some photographs of the truck right before it was stored, to show the year's progress.
Happy holidays to everyone on SS!
Thanks for the encouragement guys!
I'm sorry to report that progress has been slow. For about 5 weeks my M-37 has been at the shop getting a little bit of work done. Fuel line replaced and carb cleaned up (going for a re-build in the spring, so gas doesn't sit all winter), now the stalling...
This post is coming a bit late, but I've unfortunately been too busy to post updates.
Anyhow, the wiring was finished (as you saw in the photographs). Truck was insured, and on the road with plates as of October 19th! Been having a blast with it, but I have an issue with vacuum.
Just got the...
I have this printed out...I believe it is from here:

I have been adding to it for the last 2 years or so creating my own database. Another good one:

Anyhow...water pump: NEW

Any updates on how this ended up working out? I have downloaded the CAD drawing, and I procured a spotlight...I was going to go to a local welder and see what he said/get a quote soonish. I'd like to be able to show him some high resolution pictures if you got one made...
The truck starts! Also headlights, parking lights, and reverse lights are now working.
Wiring in the high beam indicator (replaced with a red LED one) and dimmer switch today.
More progress.
Got the driver's side headlight and turn signals all connected and neaten up/secured.
Me and Rob got under the hood today as well. The alternator, ignition system, voltage regulator and battery cables are all connected and heat shrunk.
It's starting to look like a truck now...
I like both STA Superlugs and Power King Super Tractions. I realize both are a little pricey however...doesn't seem you can get any 9.00x16 tires and NOT break the bank!

this is what I am using for brake lights and turn signals...it isn't close to original, but I like the look and pre-fer to upgrade the electrical components
I do however have a couple of sets I believe of the rear stop lights...
Thanks for all the positive comments!
Got the new rubber headlight bushings installed today...a bit of dish soap and a lot of swearing later they are in! As you can see, I forgot to buy the paint, no biggie, re-assembled the headlights. New Wagner 12volt bulbs installed.
Got the passenger...
Why don't you try a K5 blazer gas tank if you are in need...just need to modify the straps a little, no biggie. I had one but opted to restore the original tank.
Chugging along.
My buddy Rob cut and re-worked a blackout head lamp bracket for me to fit the passenger side, using it for a turn signal bracket.
All the wires are secured and run to the rear, connections made. Front harness run and secured, doing under the dash and the ignition next.
New...
The wiring is coming along! Got the harness all buttoned up and attached all the way to the rear, and the rear brake lights, turn signals and back-up lights mounted!
Today I got all the soft top tie downs secured back on the truck. Drilled out the broken bolts for the under-the-hood latch and mounted it in place.
Called VPW and got a couple brackets ordered.
A little progress, but hey I'll take it!
