recently replaced the oil cooler lines and did an oil and filter change. I know have a monster oil leak. As in 2 quarts over 50 miles and can see the trail of oil on the road monster leak. Crawl under and it appears to be at the oil filter/engine block mating surface. Replaced oil filter and...
I put a hitch on mine, and new shocks and bushings (and a trans cooler). Towed a 2001 Hyundai Elantra with 150 pounds in it trunk, along with 1000 pounds in the back of the 1009, made the trip from Fresno CA to San Diego, then on to Memphis TN along the 10. The hills were painfully slow...
Theres one in the parking lot outside here on NSA Midsouth in Millington TN. But it is mine. I have not ever listed it, but 15,000 and it is yours... lol
Drove it, but I do that everyday. Heat index is supposed to be 110 in Memphis today, almost took the car with A/C to work. But the call of the CUCV is just to strong.

Mine does the same thing, temp goes up voltage goes up... I put new ground straps everywhere. Could not get it to zero. I think I got it to .26 or something cold. I use a sacrificial zinc on the radiator cap, has been good for about 18 months now...
I know that Diesel Care has followers here, but I am 15 minutes from them, and after talking to many diesel guys here in Memphis, drove another 30 miles and spent another 300 dollars to go elsewhere. They do not have a good local reputation.
There is a locating pin on the flange the pump bolts to, that along with the offset bolt pattern make it only go on one way. If you got all 3 bolts in from the oil filler hole it is on right. The timming marks are on the flange of the pump and the outside of the block. NOT IN THE TIMING...
I think it is time to tear into that dash and clean all the contacts on your instrument panel flex print circuit. Could be the ground, I would need to have the schematic in front of me, but it all hinges on where all the various lights get ground. I believe the turn signals get their ground at...
