I just purchased 1 last year Call South Wind and tell them you need the repair kit for the model heater you have, They are nice people but you will have to submit some paper work unless you work for the DOD
There is a fuel control valve repair kit from South Wind,but you will have to submit some paperwork for them. (Homeland Security) I would let the heater run for a while and let the rubber O ring get wet. It probably has not been used in a while and is dry. it will weep down the side for a while...

Dumb question, but what are your tire pressures hopefuly they are all 50-60psi on the pavement.also check your low range on the transfer case at 25mph and see if there is a vibration in low range at the same speed as hi range
The Hunt went great, the weather was warm 45-50 degrees, The river was low compaired to a couple of months ago when I took the Deuce on vacation pictures.
There are probably 10 people using deuces to cross the rivers and the mud holes in the same area. It is good to know them and to communicate...
Its probably the oil seal or the Cork gasket key way material that is bad.
Smell the fluid. that would tell you it it is gear lube. Be sure to clean the brake drums, and shoes real good after the fix. follow the advice above and you will be fine.
