14mm fits as they're 9/16. A lot of times people cheat and don't put the top two in because they're hard to get to. Good way to crack the transmission bell on the 400's. A buddy had that happen on a truck her bought, had to pull the 400 to get it welded. Have run across it a couple other...
If you can feel the pitting, so will the big bronze or brass bull gear. Honestly, the amount most people use their winch, if you can polish them...an averge person would be fine.
I still agree on it being a no-go...I wouldn't use it because I'd have a loose winch in a couple years.
My M931A2 has FOUR brand new 6MTLs in it. Is this still as easy as buying two solar chargers? I *think*...sorry... they're hooked up for + to - on each side for 24v and 24v then hooked together for a mighty 24v.
It would be pretty cool to get some of the Omsk Tyre tires like on the Ural trucks with that partial chevron look to the tread. It certainly would have a very foreign military look to it.

Was looking at my M931A2 just in case...you know...and saw that there was about no way to run a simple front spring conversion with the air cans. It looks to me like some medium duty box truck side frame mount spring packs will clear the cans. It's the direction I'd look at-
