are your KY guys and gals sure that there is no way to register it with the military VIN {serial number} and not have to install an actual plate? I know that I have been in a different state but there are several that do not have to have a plate even though the vehicle is registered.

Well it turns out that the fuel pump in the tank went south. Also a lot of crappy old gas in the tank and dirty filters too. Runs great with a good fuel pump and clean filters. Yea!!
