I have a friend who sells them at bargain prices with the tools for about $85. Surplus dealers who have to make a markup and make a living can be seen selling them from $125-$250 depending on who they are.

I would try running some transmission fluid through it as a cleaner and maybe some of the diesel kleen stuff in the silver/gray bottle. It should help to clean your lines and injectors of sludge and gunk.
I have mine through Haggerty. Ist deuce ran about $114 a year with $0 deductable on Comp and Collision, 2nd duece was added and cost an extra $60 a year. Total for two trucks was around $175 a year. Paperwork is good and fast and they insure a lot of M35a2's.
