Assuming the pump didn't fall apart at the exact moment you ran out of fuel, is it safe to say that you were probably siphoning fuel with the injection pump successfully as long as you had a prime and the pickup was submerged? Really intriguing. Thoughts?

Ok, the yellow bird is a Z-37 Cmelak (Bumble Bee) Czech utility plane and the storch looking bird is actually an L-60SF Brigadyr which is a post-war version of the storch built by the same factory that built the war-time version.

Is is paint-able and does it have any worthy ballistic characteristics. Short of shooting holes in vehicles, has anyone ever seen a report or study? Weird question, I know.
