Yeah robe kept spinning them and spinning them in both directions clock wise and counter clockwise and the top would get tight and that was it. You could see the shoe moving up and down but it never got closer then .035" to the bottom but
Ok so I got my rear all back together today re packed bearings and the whole 9.... brake shoes are like brand new or all but......
So I followed the tm on major and minor brake adjustment. The right side went beautiful with .010" on the bottom and .020" on top. Backed off till no drag.

Clamped my Hitch in place tonight and man it looks good. With the drop in it I'm down to around 21" so that should be good enough to tow any trailer. I still have to make the bushing for it yet.
Does anyone have a m105 they could measure the distance from the spring to the pads on the over load...
Looks good.... I did the same on my truck ran clear rtv around the windshield frame and cowl and both back seams on my hardtop. No leaks anymore. The Snorkel looks good I have to get my pipe and make mine soon.

So today I got the rear tires mounted and on the truck. I couldn't resist and take her around the back for some back yard wheeling. I also got the air pack and master cylinder back in the truck so now I just have to run the new lines...
Hey peashooter do you happen to have a picture of the m35a2 master cylinder to air pack line? I bent mine up today using the info you provided and while it bent nicely and works it looks freaking stupid. My old one was all twisted and wasn't worth trying to copy.
Could someone measure how far away the overload spring pads are up from the spring pack? I forgot to measure mine when I took it apart and now I have them on my bobber I need the right height to bolt them to the frame. Thanks Dan
