Lol I wish I could help you all out but these are $1000 tool boxes from aero industries. I still haven't gotten the green flag myself. This would probably be only for me cause there sell them for $500 I think as scratch and dent.
I saw the one post where someone mounted a actual tool box with drawers but haven't seen any of these underbody tool boxes. We build hundreds of trailers a week and we get scratched or dented tool boxes and they sell them. Since I work for them I can get a 18x18x60 all aluminum tool box for...
Here are the leaf spring perches I made for using m105 springs. They are 2 1/2" square tubing 1/4" wall 7" long with the 3 5/8" notch cut out a 1" deep to be welded to the rear axle. I'm going to cut another 7" long piece to weld on the top for a lift block. That will give me the 4" I need using...
Might have to use a drop deck then you probably wouldn't have to do anything. I work for Reitnouer trailers we are one the premier aluminum trailer manufacturers in the United States. A drop deck is only like 2-3 feet tall depending on tire size.
Yeah no one follows light laws..... And no one enforces them. I was a volunteer firefighter for 8 years and had a old federal signal aerodynic with 6 rotators in it. Supposedly the law is 2 rotators. Also led and strobes are supposed to be illegal too.
Only thing enforced in pa is color. No...
Here is my Federal Signal Vision light bar I picked up off craigslist for $40. It came with the brain box and controller. The guy didn't know what he had at all. This could have easily sold for $250+ in it's entirety. He had it wired wrong and it didn't work quite right when I got it. About a...
When I called the boost gauge was like $70 I think with line and fittings and the egt gauge with thermocouple was $140 he said $11 shipping to pa. I didn't think that was bad considering they would change the light to red and 24v for no extra cost. These will be the gauges I'm getting.
I'm...
I have a huge warehouse to work in that's heated, all depends if my boss/owner is ok with me working there on weekends. I'm a supervisor in welding and fab so I have some pull lol. I'm picking the truck up in a few weeks. I'm hoping to bob it the weekend after I get it.
Yeah something about fault reading I such a such wheel speed sensor. It got bad a few times, it wouknt read one sensor and the computer would think that wheel wasn't spinning so the computer thought it was locked and skidding so it would cut engine power and brake opposite corners aka traction...
Wrong, mud is the worst on abs sensors. I had a 08 wrangler 6" lift with 37's. It had abs and ebs systems where the brakes could take over of to much body roll was sensed through a gyro I believe. When you put it in 4x4 Low the computer automatically turned off the abs. Get some good mud packed...
I think I'm going to try a lincoln locker in my bobbed deuce since I'm keeping the spare axle for parts. Can't be that bad considering like you said detroits dot unlock half the time anyway
