I have yet to see one that wasn't a random act of stupidity. You would be better off trying to track down a change that actually made sense.

Could you look up the VIN for this truck: S/ N- 4K9658 It is suppose to be a AM general M35A2 W/W, but it has a van box on it.

Has your truck had the "orange wire conversion"? The pdf for it is in the reference section. I would also recommend that you do the troubleshooting in the -20 and then the -30. This charging system rarely works properly. I got mine to do so so, but it never seems to keep the batteries in...

My EUC just went through today. Submission pending 4-10-08, EUC sent to Battle Creek, 04/17/2008, invoice dated 6-9-08. And remember, this is my 4th truck this year not my first EUC. Anybody know when they went to Smyma, TN last.

You must be close to the base. The closest one to me is 100 miles. I sure would have hated to have to have made two trips when I would have assumed that they closed close enough together to get them in one.

Because I would rather walk across the street to my local NAPA, hand him cash money, get my plugs, then go to my shop and grind of the little bit of extra and then put them in my truck all in one day.

I hope you weren't planning to drive a long ways and pick both up at the same time to save fuel.

Mine still hasn't gone through. I went back and double checked it and it is just like the three before it. I sent one in Friday for something that had changed from A to Q. Maybe that will move it on through.
