I would suspect the fuel pump (not injector pump) has failed. It's not pushing enough fuel to the injector pump to keep it running. It doesn't need much pressure but just enough.

I agree with Isaac, it's going to be the pump. I've had a couple that I received with the wrong timing buttons which had similar symptoms.

2 gallons per 6.75 gallons. I've found that anything more, the motor labors more and I can't put the same loads on it.

All of the above but I would mix diesel or oil to the Kerosene. I burn used motor oil mixed with diesel through the summer months.

Like Triple Jim said, on 240 single phase you should have voltage reading from L0-L1 (120 volts) L0-L3 (120 volts). The knobs on the front panel only affect the gauges, nothing else. Try retesting and then let us know what you find?

It's more than likely the oil pressure sending unit. If its not functioning correctly, the unit will shut down because it thinks it doesn't have oil pressure. Have you tried to turn on the battle short switch and see if it continues to run and see if the low oil pressure light stays on.
