Yep, Sean's blew do to over presure (not enough return when his hydraulic AC compressor seemingly locked up).
Seeing his, I would think there's a possible correlation related to pressure.

I'll be using new plugs (one for 12v and another for 24v). I'll be mounting this type of connector (*see image)
My little electric crane wench only draws 50-70 amps at max load and I was thinking that a set of 6 AGW cables would do for a 20' run (that should reach all four bed corner...
1) Is the single pin plug on the LMTV 24v only?
2) If I wanted to add/mount separate 24v and 12v plugs (to run my own sets of custom jumper cables, 12v to my crane, etc) what gauge should I make my leads coming off the batteries to the plug mount location if I add new ones (is 1 awg needed to...

Most of my time is spent on Padre Island and at night I get a lot of recovery requests. Even with the amber convoy strobe, backup alarm, and backup camera I'm always leery of people on foot trying to "help" (there is typically alcohol involved with folks being stuck at the beach at night).
So...
You're the second person to recommend this. I can see how the bed liner would add an extra layer of strength (and the price is far more palatable than a replacement, at least according to my empty pockets). I'd still love a steel grill someday, though.

[RESOLVED] Ignition On All Night: CLICK
EDIT: OK, after further and complete charging it was just low voltage
So the other night I was running a wire thru the cab and testing a few things. It was getting dark and I was on the co-driver side. I buttoned everything up for the night and went...
OK, back in 2014 the TxDMV passed arule banning anything the deemed a “dune buggy” invalid for title, registration, and on-road use. This effected sand rails, fiberglass tub cars (ie Manx), as well as many kit cars. Last year letters were sent out to owners mandating the return of the titles...
