I've had an 817 with duals and a 929 with singles. I'd stay with the duals because with a load, the singles can be "bouncy" and not as stable. I think the 395 would be a bit better than the 14.00 as it's not as tall, but if I had money, I'd go to dual 12.00 tubeless in the rear. The G177 in...
NO...if you are not a very experienced welder, anything heavier than sheet metal body panels should not be relied upon...NO frame brackets or shock mounts or anything that requires penetration. Especially if you are talking a mig.
If you can do stick, the small rods can be used and you have...
I received the red and green LED 24 weatherproof from China and have a couple of extra pieces to peddle and then will order a few more in various cut length sizes. I'll put an ad in classifieds for them. Sorry no pictures yet.
Since the subject is mold, how about one that is a negative...the mold on the inside and the outer layups are the outside. Ribs or a honeycomb could be built into the mold. Steel parts could be incorporated in.
I bet to do it with some goodies, there could be 4-5 pieces.... fiberglass assembly required, but easier to ship. What to do around the windows? How about a back window or at least a piece of polycarb?
Could get complicated and fiberglass is not my preferred medium but I've collected some...
I recently put a set of booths in, in a fiberglass fab shop nearby and might be able to get a few made on the cheap. They have all the capability that you are talking about from molds to multiple lines of chopper guns and cure booths. I've considered it myself but haven't really had much cash...
I think you're right Will. Why aren't you bringing them back, splitting apart and selling? I'd love to have all those components for trailer building projects. Bring them to you and I'll work out trucking with some boot.
I may mount an S-788 shelter on the 105 axle. I'll be removing 4 or 5 of the springs to bring it lower, leaving the overloads in place. That would be a good time to add shocks. Thanks for all the shock info.
Even longer at 10-15. Could one of these be pulled at 30-35?
Nice FT Phil! I've wanted and needed one of those fork-trucks for a long time. I'm entirely in sand so anything less sinks. I have 2 trailers of machinery that need unloaded, sinking into the ground.
It looks really nice...
Sorry, thought you wanted to stay with military issue.
I'm several orders of magnitude under your budget. Here's one that I thought about using on flee bay, title:
Solidremote 12 - 24V Wireless RF Remote Control Relay Switch Receiver 2-Channel
is $18 and 4 channels can be had for under $40...
I've used other cable setups and don't always see the OEM as best. But I know you like OEM, so all is well. I try and give SS a significant price savings but it's clear some don't.
Since my M35A3 doesn't have the exhaust close, like your 5 ton, I'm probably going to air for the PTO...
