At this point I'm planning to show up for the day on Saturday. Some of the stuff I can bring if paid for:
Complete unused medium tow bar kits (Bar, 3/4" feet, 1" feet, chain clamps, all the pins) $500 each
Right hand m939 windshield (new) $100
Nice metal bows for m101/m105 trailers set of 5...
Lately I've dyed the dash pad in the pickup, changed out the seat bottom cover for a new one, and I installed new shocks and changed the fuel filter. I also made up a set of mirrors that can be adjusted out for towing, since I occasionally tow wide trailers.
Not sure why the PS magazine article states that but that's not how it works in my experience. The same thing has been mentioned in other geared lug wrench threads.

I can bring almost anything I've got listed in the classifieds to the show. If anyone wants to make a 45 minute trip north to Colchester there's...
Any pics of the m35 doors on your m43? They are completely different. Some parts that do interchange are the individual windshields, lug nuts, lights, light switch, gauges, I think the shift knob, and slave cable outlet.
Changed out the windshield on my m1028 today with one from a parts truck I bought last year. The old one had a scratch from the wiper arm on it, the "new" one is mint and tinted at the top. I'll have to get the right tools for the next time, it was a bit tedious doing this one with a...
Here's a link with a picture, it takes a 10mm wrench.

Last week I wired in new relay blocks for the dump bed so that is working now.
It's actually pretty useful around the yard:
I also put the blackout lights back on the front, I've still got to straighten out the brackets for the back lights at some point.
It beats moving tow bars by hand!
I recently picked up this neat 1951 pole trailer. It looks to be fairly complete and it's in decent shape. I don't have a use for it but the price was right.
Yes, if they're both stock it will plug right in. If the trailer has 24 volt bulbs (which is very likely) you'll want to change them to 12v for safety. With the stock 37" tires the trailer will be nose down (unless your blazer is on bigger tires), but you can change it over to smaller tires to...
