    m100 and m416 recovery

The topper definitely looks homemade, I'll post some pics for sure once I get them home. I have another 416 tub (minus the tailgate:x) so if the tub is trashed, I'll just swap it out. I paid 4 bills each, I bought the 416 just so I could have something else to haul back. If the m100 is...

    Dolly my M37

TM 9-8030 states the allowable speed in 4th high range as 55 mph, you could always pull the rear axle shafts instead of the driveshaft.

What have you done to your CUCV today/lately? - Part 1

They are used to connect a scrambler to the rt-524 and the r-442 for secure voice communications. I have no use for them, but they're kinda cool to have.

Out with old rusty, in with (unique?) new M416

I don't think m416a1's existed yet at that time frame. The markings were probably part of the restoration, and the amber reflectors should be red as well on the sides.

The manual also shows the bumpers and grille as being camo, which is not factory. :doghead:(:))

Out with old rusty, in with (unique?) new M416

Got any pics of how the lid works? I have heard of aluminum tops for 416's from the military but have never seen one, so I'm not sure about yours.

    M1028 Passenger Side Mirror Glass

I found a mirror glass at the local auto parts store for mine, attached it with silicone. I used rearview mirror cement on the rearview to attach that.

    m35a2 Ram Air Snorkel

Here's a pic, there is a vertical plate between the towbar legs that is connected to the curved pieces you can see. You have to put the legs on after the bar is though.
