Juan, thanks for posting that. Unfortunately when I try opening it all I get is 2 pages of what looks like TV static. Not sure if it's just my computer or not. I can see it fine in your post just not get anything when I open it.

Overdrive did you install the idler pulley? If so, was it a grooved pulley or a flat, serpentine style?

Yep I actually bought what was supposed to be a 1078 cover out of FL that turned out to be a 1083 cover. Luckily the seller discovered his mistake before shipping and was upfront about it and refunded my money including PayPal fees.

M1083 is the 5 ton so longer than the M1078.

Glad I could help. Hopefully there wasn't any damage from the overheat issue. As heavy as it is and the limited time it was overheating I can't imagine that there would be but you never know.

Still not resolved. NDT had to take care of some of his stuff for a change versus spending all his time on mine.

That's what I did. Much cheaper and no need for inspection or getting it weighed to be charged extra road fees. Plus the only thing I'll be doing is shows and parades plus driving just to feel good.
