Try to get it up on the bows first and then open it up from there. Thats how I put mine on. Once its open up on the bows its easier to turn and adjust and move around. Glad those helped Nick

Im not sure ANY holes are original. I think they come solid and the Company that gets them, does the holes they need for the equipment they put in em.

Most I just welded shut, the bigger ones I had to cut pieces of sheet metal to weld into the holes. Took one full day of welding to fill all of em. Can see some of the amount of holes in these pics http://www.steelsoldiers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=375820&d=1226598131...
