I put this one on mine. It bolted directly to one side of the trailer yoke. Works like a champ.

I had considered putting a low oil pressure light on the panel of mine or relocating the oil pressure gauge so I knew when it had built enough pressure to let go of the start switch.
Blue smoke is oil. That along with the lower oil level isn't a good sign. You'll need to keep a very close watch on the oil level as you run it. Lets hope it stops consuming oil after you run it for a while.
I'll be looking to see the video when you post it.
Interesting about the smoke. Can you make sure the oil level is correct?
Can you tell if the smell of the smoke is oil or fuel? Exactly what color is the smoke?
Your english is fine!
Theft here is a real concern as well. I keep the easy to take stuff blocked off with cars and other less easy to move stuff. I figured if I make it too inconvenient to take they wont bother.
Putting up cctv cameras has done wonders to reduce the problems I was having before from almost routine...
I took a break from working on the damage to the MEP803 to do some rust remediation on my generator trailer. Years and years of repaint made it really challenging to get the paint off the deck. It took a couple of days and a gallon of paint stripper but I finally got down to base metal in most...
I use fingernail polish on the pots. Its easy to break free in the future if you need to make and adjustment.
Plus the sparkly purple looks fabulous! :D
I'm looking at using heatpipes for the exhaust scavenging. Specifically because the heatpipe can be designed to work only within certain ranges of temperatures. Making a heatpipe that doesn't turn on until its at a higher temp will reduce condensation and soot collection.
Definitely will use...
I've not seen a video. Its a pretty straight forward but maddening process. Maddening because WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE THAT WAY?!
You start by removing the top panel over the engine. You remove the end cover over the fuel filler. Then you remove the radiator and its support bulkhead. After...
My 003 had enough of a spark to make a healthy snap when you dropped the neg cable on the battery. To me it was a little spark but to someone else a spark large enough to make a sound is huge.
For me a spark isn't huge till it makes smoke. ;)
The vibration might trip it if the fuel level is down that low. If you have 1/4 tank or more I would say its not likely.
Any way you can shoot a video of the vibration? Seeing how severe it is could be helpful.
See if you can get some more load on it. The convenience outlet won't be much...
Have you been running it with any load on it?
Many of the ones I get have a LOT of gunk built up in the exhaust due to running without enough load and are generally unhappy to run. The solution is to run as much load as they it handle without stumbling and increase that load as the exhaust...
Getting a spark when you connect the battery is normal for those. It can surprise you if you are not expecting it.
Double check that you have the positive and negative correct before you try and start it and otherwise you should be OK.
Have you loaded it yet? I would recommend running it more and loading it up some to see if the vibration is always the same. Be sure to check all the mounts to make sure they are tight. If it won't pull a full load the shaking is likely part of that problem.
If it will pull a load and shakes...
