Did you try a shot of ether ? Check your gaskets on your fuel filter housings. Also swith it to battle mode for 30 seconds to a min. then turn battle short off and try again. on mine battle short runs the fuel pumps to help prime the system.
They have been testing them at Pax for over a year now. The fist pilot they had was a female and man could she make that plane dance !! ;-) Biggest Problem there having now is major engine overheating issues and fuel issues on the project.
Do a search. There is dozens of posts on the subject. I have mine thru Gulfway . My 6 trucks full coverage is about the same or less than your quote for 1. By the way welcome to SS!
Another few things to concider.the LB20 is full on air brakes were most of the m270s are air over hydraulic. The m270 uses the 10 bolt rims same as the 5 ton, The lb20 used the ring style rim. Also the m270 has its wheels farther back then the LB 20 so it would be harder to beaver if you went...
Did you try 1 page back on this very same thread post #124 ?? I have a M920 and love it. You can get away with hauling more weight ( with the 80000 combined weight rule ) with the m916, since you have less weight( since you dont have the tag axle). also shorter turning radius.
If you lift your floor plate to get to the trans manifold. Then look to the rear of the manifold. its in a 1/4 " pipe port about 2 1/2 inches from the bottom and about 3/4 " from the back edge. Its below and right of the clutch regulator. I can post a picture if need be.
I would agree. but its not suppose to come on unless I push the jake pedal . So I'm thinking Jake pedal switch. I did check both with a meter and they seem to actuate fine? anyone know were to find a replacement Jake pedal switch ??
My jake has a issue were it wont release from time to time ( even when I don't depress it, Think I have a electrical gremlin) . Have you tried setting it to low? Mine will do it on high and med but not low.Mine will sometimes do it at idle when I let off the throttle from a higher RPM.
