If you have to clean up the threads after you drill, I seem to remember it is 7/16x20 thread. An old seldom used thread anymore. A good deal of thread sealer may be required based on past experience. If I'm wrong, someone will correct me.

Yes it does and my set up seems to work pretty well. I don't get +- 25 psi but do get +- 50 psi. With most used injectors I see, they are off 200-500 psi, so improvement becomes obvious, providing they can be adjusted.

I don't think he did. It is a pain to do and, based on past performance, he would have no reason to do so. I suspect there is still air in the system and that it was not adequately bled or solenoid is not staying up. He was going to check solenoid when wife got home to assist.

Here is what I've advised ZeusDiesel by e-mail. If y'all can add anything, please do so. He reused his copper gaskets and did vacuum out the injector ports before reinstalling.

Can anyone tell me the effects of a stator that outputs 42 volts versus the 30-35 volts the TM calls for? Will it burn up the DCVR?
Stator tests at 0.6 Ohms as it should.
I should add that the system is not charging and replacing the DCVR had no effect. Am trying to figure out what to do...
