    What do I do?

Fuel filter housing. It takes the old round cartridge filters. # is Purolator L20051, NAPA 1100. The carburetor is the funky looking thing settin' up on the top of the manifold, under the big, round, air cleaner. Air cleaner is an oil-bath cleaner; that is, it's filled with oil to catch the...

    My New M37

Put the new shoes on the front wheels. As you brake and slow down, the weight shifts to the front of the truck. That's why lots of cars have front disc brakes and rear drum brakes. Can't help with the drain plug, sorry. Should be fairly obvious, but I can't recall where it is exactly.

    What do I do?

The engine bay is pretty explanatory just looking at it... if you're familiar with looking at engines. Fuel pump is under the fore end of the manifold, on the passenger side of the engine. It has a little lever sticking out that you can use to prime it. Don't get confused- the bottom of the...

    m35a2 water truck?

The best bet would be to take a peak at the data plates and see what they say.

    Jatonka

They are excellent. Make a big difference. Yes, they were originally part of the arctic kit.

    Deuce Portrait

Looks like a shot from a brochure, very very nice!

5 ton wrecker crane and winch in a deuce?

Definitely. (Yes the m108 is an entirely different beast from the 816)

    New 5 Ton, M54A2

Nice truck, read the manuals, too. :grd:

    41' 6x6

Hmmm... that's pretty neat. I didn't know they made cabs for the WCs. Makes sense, though.

    Deuce towing deuce wreck

Couldn't find anything about it on the internet...

    My New M37

Is there primer left, or did it take it all the way down to bare metal? If bare metal, I'd recommend using Rust-Oleum "Rusty Metal Primer." Super easy to use, and pretty darn sturdy.

    My New M37

If you want USA-made wheel cylinders and master cylinders for a deal (if you choose not to rebuild), AB Linn in North Carolina carries them, and almost every other Dodge part you'll need. John Bizal at Midwest Mil is a pretty straight guy, too, and probably closer to you. Looks good! If...

    41' 6x6

That's a WC63... just a WC52 with an extra axle. That has a new bed and custom enclosed cab. At least it looks decent and not horribly molested. Pretty cool, I'd love to have one of those.

Sprag or Air **** which is better.

Air shift. While Sprags work beautifully when properly adjusted, I loathe anything complicated. The only thing is, if you forget to lock your hubs (don't say a WORD), neither works very well at all...

Deuce that is slow to start.

You do realize you're supposed to let the truck idle at (and I quote) No more than 1000 RPMs for at least 5 minutes before proceeding? It's to make sure the turbo charger gets properly lubricated (pressurized oil gets to it) before you start it spinning too fast. There's a plate that's supposed...

Deuce that is slow to start.

The "Wait to Start" Buzzer is a low air buzzer that automatically shuts off when the air pressure in the air lines and air tank reaches about 60 PSI. I usually start my truck and let it idle about 700 RPM, and it takes about 1-2 minutes to reach around 60 PSI to where the buzzer shuts off...

    Leo stopped me

You've obviously never been to New Jersey... To the OP, I'd stay off of it. You're over the weight limits, plain and simple. And unlike Suburbans and crap, you LOOK the part, too, in a big ole truck. Kinda stinks, but, hey, beats a ticket. The parkway's purpose is to give passenger cars and...

    Engine and trans swap done

OK. It's a shame, you should put this in a stock truck where the power could really be used... but having never driven a bobber, I guess I can't talk about whether or not they are lacking as much as the regular trucks. Regardless, this thing is gonna sound shweet.

    Engine and trans swap done

You say you're using a 5-ton transmission... are you using one of the Overdrive transmissions from an M809 series truck or one from the M39 series (not OD)?

    srodocker's "little" project

Very nice! I don't see what's wrong with the slobber tube... I guess it is neater to put a hose one it, but they normally didn't have a hose on it.
