i if won the lottery i would buy it from him as long as he gave me a bumper to bumper lifetime warranty. and then and only then would it be worth that price. sad part is he would be better off giving me my money back than turning me loose in that truck knowing i wouldnt be the one having to fix...
a3 has the same ratio diff they just have a higher reving engine and taller tires that give it the same top speed as a stock a2 with9.00s only differ between the a2 and a3 alxes is the ctis
they are saying it right probably a broken modulator.a broken diaprham will make the trans fluid go up the vacume line and get burned by the engine giving you gray smoke. also it causes a vacume leak and will make the trans shift harder and later. due to higher modulator pressure as the diaphram...
.looks like dust on oil to me .flood damage is on the inside of things not on the outside,if it were submerged it would hav rust in the diffs, trans and motor.water lines on the inside of doors or underside of dash would let you know how deep the water got. other than that these trucks are mud...
is it a at545 or at1545p if so they are dirrect drive for the fourth gear .they will kill your top speed unless you go with 15.5s or 395s even then you will only have a top speed of 53-54mph.that is the same trans used in the a3 but the engine in the a3 revs higher than the multi does. other...
nice . the further you mount it forward the less departure angle you will loose. but it still has to be far enough that the trailer wont hit when turning . you probably have it just about right where it is now you could probably go a few more nches forward if you wanted .
i am really curious about the way that winch is running on the m135 as my minch is off a m135. i have it on my m35a2c. maybe thats way i was breaking pins so easy cuz it is pulling against the brake
ya if i didnt run mine on electric it would have been belt drivin .dual output ptos are way to expensive for me. and losing my winch was not an option for me.
ya you say that now :)till next clean truck gets parked next to some spare parts and gets you thinking:?:hmm what if.then next thing we know here is another project
i use my dump pretty much every week .the draw is half what it would be if i ran it on 12 volts. so no there's not a big load on the batteries. wether you run pto, electric or belt drivin pump is mostly preference and what you have avilible or cheap at the time . pto is probably the most...
pulling 12 volts off of one battery will work . but when it makes the front battery over charge and ruins it then kills the alt to .dont say i didnt tell you so i killed two sets of batteries doing that .it's not worth it inverters are way cheaper than 6tls and deuce alts, you can get a dual...
it is a pump it is made to be run. as long as he's not over reving it is will hold up for a long time. .i personally would use that big of a pump as a power steering pump . but thats just me he is waiting fuel powering that big pump for that.
they work really good alot of tow trucks have that type of pump on them. i have seen some deuces with them mounted right above the alt. the pulley is matched to the output of the pump .so that is not an issue. i would get one that has the pressure you need and more volume than you need . as they...
i wonder if making a external brace for the winch would keep it from breaking something made of 3/8 plate where the shaft sticks out then some c channel from front to back then another 3/8 plate on the front side . .it would have to be a tight fit .and pretty strong so it wouldnt flex but...
ya the 200amps were an option on the abulance version of the hmmwv and also came on the fmtv . teds has a bunch of the 100 amp unit but who know someone else might have the 200amp units at a reasonable price.they can be had from the manufatur but they are pretty pricey from them
