sorry if you mis-understood my comment, by "full hydraulic" i meant using a power steering pump and "hydraulic fluid" for the assist. Just like the hydroboost on a CUCV.
those are not capacitors, they are condensors, any alt shop can sell them to you for cheap, under $1 each.
I also have the brackets for the alternator setup if you end up still needed them, my parts engine is out of the truck so its easier to get to.
the m1028 has a traction-aid (limited slip) in the front axle, the 1008 does not (open differential)
several of the m1028 models (a1 and a2 i think) also had the np205 gear to gear transfer case, 1008 has the chain driven np208
