I have not seen these symptoms on a A2 but gosh I sure have seen them on A1's! fuel starvation from fuel lines sucking air. I have seen the lines look like new but if you Ben them you see they have dried out. Try pressurizing the fuel tank and look for wet marks on fuel lines. Confirm or...
hey Karl. Don't get me wrong the non turbo motor is a stump puller and unlike the turbo motor it's hard to make it over heat. What year is it? That would help.
Hi Karl. Congratulations on the 1300. I have had 2 of these a few years back. Are you sure it's a turbo motor? Mine were non turbo with no reductions (low range) like the civil unimog.

My 931A1 had the same problem and I have heard from many others here that they too in countered the same thing. My fuel lines looked good but there were hair line cracks plus the fuel tank change over valve was sucking air.
