What happened to the safety chains and did the breakaway system not engage? I have to wonder about some of those construction trailers out there that never pass through a weigh station. Many could be running around without functional brake systems and will never be checked by a DOT type.

The extra length on the bumper and winch really make the deuce look more "boss" as a truck. They're quite impressive without a winch, add one and they just gain something more.

Properly working breaks. Does that mean frame's can be cracked or have to be fully broken first? Wouldn't the 4 wheel drive requirement be a minimum that was worded badly? ie no 2 Wheel Drive vehicles. And NDCCs aren't paddle tires.
