Mike:
This is a great thread. I hope the Steel Soldiers Rally in the pines idea takes off. I am waiting on the Army right now to find out my final departure date from Korea but it could be as early as July or late as 2009 if I make Colonel and extend.
How many tents do you expect to set up for this event? I hope the one Clinto so kindly brought south for Kenny will be a good addition to them and I am hoping on bringing my tent down for 2009.
Keep the pictures coming! Is that the shop you built at home with the forklift in it? If you can post some picts of the garage you built I may be doing the same when I get home, Thanks

Anyone that has not gone wheeling in the New Jersey Pines must schedule a trip. I met some great folks there Nick and Mark and alot of others too. We had an instant bonding from the moment we pulled into the restaurant that was our Rally Point. I only had my little green truck as previously...
I had a boat motor 350 gas that was locked up tight. I used a lot of spray oil and a huge prybar through the crankshaft and rocked it back and fourth it finally freed up my guess was condensation locked the pistons by rusting the walls because after getting it free it ran good
My Bolster M969
Nice find I hope the things going on at the VA are not too serious. I don't know what you got yours for but here is the one I got for under $200.00.
I have had it loaded with five huge oak logs that we used the beams laying in the deck as a ramp for and pulled the logs up...

Do you remember if any of the tractors over there were still gassers?
Mike:
I hope the welds we made that cold night are still hanging in there on the ambulance. The other posibility is go to the closest welding store and ask them about learning to weld.
I may not grind out my welds to make them Xray proof but I have never had them go bad on me.
If I was...

RE: Hydro-Max Brake Assist (long read)
Where are the pictures for all the reading I was expecting to see what it would take to put this on my deuce or perhaps a better candidate, myt M 52 which has power steering. I know your truck has much more going for it with the CAT but could I do this...
All I do is drive drive drive, try to stay alive I keep my mind on my load and my eye apon the road. I got nothin in common with a city man who's home every day at five... all I do is drive drive drive drive drive....
Any questions?
Man Chris I almost forgot about Wallew. I read a lot of his posts when I first found Steel Soldiers and initally thought that he was a real good guy as he agreed with me that we aught to do a wounded Soldier drive-a-thon or host some of them for a fall or spring ride. I hope that all fakers...
