Glad to hear you got them mounted without trouble. I'm not sure why you have such a balancing issue. Mine run well with golf balls up to 60+ MPH. Never tried the antifreeze, but I wouldn't think a litre would be too much. Did you use golf balls or equal when you first mounted them...
Sounds like a good deal for radials. You can run dished out, but obviously the front and rear track will be different. What is reason for going back and forth? Used rims about $10-$25, unless they already have some tires mounted (+$20). Just like the tires, location (shipping) is everything.
I don't have any experience with it, but I have heard that you need to be really careful with CARC. If you haven't already, I recommend you fully research CARC on the internet and the problems with removal. I'm excited to hear about your project and look forward to seeing some pics. I'm sure...
Balance
Keep us posted. I know you will share the pics when you can. What are your plans for balancing those tires? If you are going a 1000 miles, I know you will want them running true.
Beadlocks
I can't wait to see the pics. It's gonna look awesome! Just be prepared to be patient, real patient, when waiting on stuff from USA6x6. My stuff took 6 months. You'll forget about the wait once you get them mounted. Be prepared to address a few leaks though.
Dually Front

I have had good success with the air-assist setups in aggressive (rocky) off road situations. No damage to date (of course I have a little more clearance with the 46" tires!).
How much are you looking at delivered? If you are needing new tires anyway, it would probably be a challenge to get 10 new 900x20s delivered and mounted for less than $500. I think you will like the radials much better. The only problem with using duece rims for singles is you have a fairly...
