It'll likely come back too early but if you call the site manager most will make accomedations for you. I think they have the 2 week deadline to keep folks from thinking they have a free storage yard.
I actually handled an insurance claim where the ijut said he pulled his car into the lake (via the boat ramp) to cool the radiator off and then couldn't explain why it sank.
Anyone use the BG line of products in their vehicles? I was thinking of adding it to my 1009, both the engine and transmission (with a small amount added to the transfer case). You hear a lot of hype about these additives but I haven't talked with anyone that's tried them.
I've had so many other great SS members help me out that anything I can do is very small in comparison. I'm just glad I can be of some assistance and help pay it forward. If everyone was as generous with their time and knowledge as the people of this site are then the world would be a whole...
I wasn't trying to start an arguement about anything just wanted some clarification. I physically looked at the one listed as a M116A3 on GL and thought the plate read M101A3 but seeing it on the site with M116A3 made me start questioning whether I read it right. I then did the Google search and...

The first photo is...
Something about "an idiot on a fool's errand" comes to mind. The only exposure I had to the deuces was the driving course at Ft Polk and about 40 miles worth of driving time when I was in the Guard and that was over 20 years ago.
Does the fuel density compensator have any hose coming out of...
I think he means "did it have any brake pedal pressure." That's one of those things I always know I need to do and always forget. If I get a chance to get back out there I'll check it.
Any idea on when you might want to grab it? I've got a 1009 in OKC and a 101 trailer in Little Rock that I...
The TMs say that the only thing a 1009 can pull is the 1/4 trailer. I personally think that's a little ridiculous but that's what they say. I would recommend getting a surge brake set up for it though. I've seen a couple of nice ones on eBay.
