More engine problems (Documentation of testing fuel system, failure of Hyd Head)

This is just a theory of mine but maybe when you ran the lines dry some crud that was caked on the walls of a line or pump housing, etc, broke loose and is hung up somewhere in the IP causing something to stick? Air can cause crap to break loose when normally it would stay in place. Just a...

    6TL batteries cheap!

My deuce came with civi batteries already in it from the previous owner. I now buy all of my batteries from oreily's. Most of the super starts they sell are made in USA and the few times I have had to warranty one they gave me zero hassels. One time they even warrantied one that was 2 months...

High engine cranking speed with new batteries

Does it run normal when it does crank? My engine turns over fast with OEM starter. If and when that gives out I'm going with a gear reduction starter for the express purpose of turning it over faster. Sounds like you had a battery with a weak cell for a while.

Westfolk's Steel Oil Spin On Adapters

They use anti-drain filters. They have a check valve inside that keeps oil in the filters. Basically it keeps the filters full and I presume some of the chambers in the block full so all of the oil doesn't end up back in the pan.

Need 1" to 2" drive socket adapter

That would work also. If your sockets are chrome grind the chrome off before you weld on it.

Need 1" to 2" drive socket adapter

At that size hardening may not even be needed. At least if you use a good piece of forged steel.

Making a Deuce a (better) highway vehicle?

395's are about 46" tall and are for singling out the rear. 395 stands for 395mm wide. As far as I know they offer better to speed and superior off road performance to ndc's. They also seem to drive better on pavement also.

    electrical problems

2 things to check would be the starter switch itself and the relay for the starter which I believe is mounted on the engine block. Someone correct me if I have that wrong. Though I wonder why your buzzer stops when you hit the button.

Turning Fuel Up on a "G Code" Injection Pump - Video

Are you not happy with the power output? On a good hill climb or towing I'd imagine it would climb right on up to 1200.
