put a new gasket on it and let it be. Your 6.2 is only 155 HP, unless your going to add a huge pump and turbo its not worth it. Bearings... well you can install new ones but why fix whats not broken. You can cause more problems instaling new barings with a old crank. leave it be. The oil...
just sand it, prime and paint. I have not had a problem with any paint sticking to CARC. I have just sanded CARC and painted it right over with Gillisspie 383 no problem.
yup there is no way to get one from the GOV. like what was stated above or get it inspected by your state and get a title from them. I have done that a couple times.. lots of running around and paperwork but it can be done.
I asked one of my friends and he said they he thinks they were for training. I know I asked and was told but I really cant say.. I know most of them are just double sided taped on because I would loose them all the time.

Well you cant take parts off them... Its BII and if you don't turn in all what was sent with the truck or on your property list your company has to pay for it. Nothing new on that one.. even if it going to the big motor pool in the sky.
well there guy.. Unless your batteries are 12 gigga watts I think your going to be ok. Now on the water over the hood. The CUCV was NEVER designed to go under water, your going to F the axles, engine, transfer case, and transmission, and everything else in the truck. A good splash is ok, but...
